A R B Drafting offers the following scope of services with regard to real estate plans:

 

Existing document review

• Review any existing conditions drawings/surveys provided by client as basis for new plan,

• Identify possible gaps in information to be collected by manual measurement of building.

 

If no existing documents available or if existing documents do not provide enough information:

 

Building measure-up

​

• 1 x site visit to measure building internal spaces, windows and doors,

• Take photos for clarification,

• Confirm building location within site (measure from boundaries),

• Locate any outbuildings or other structures (eg. pergolas, pools, etc) relative to main building.

 

Site and building plan

​

• Provide hardline drawing of site and building(s),

• Building will be shown as floor plan with all rooms dimensioned where applicable,

• Drawing will be black and white unless otherwise requested,

• Drawing will be presented in .jpg and .pdf format.
