A R B Drafting was established in 2021 by Bendigo resident Andrew Bos.

 

Since completing a Bachelor of Architecture in 2000 Andrew has worked at award winning architectural practices Jackson Clements Burrows and Bates Smart.

 

As a registered architect Andrew has been involved in the design and documentation of many residential and small commercial projects and aims to provide these services locally, but without the architect’s price tag.

 

Services include:

• Concept design (or further work with you on your own pre-conceived design),

• Production of Town Planning Permit application drawings,

• Design development,

• Construction documentation,

• Production of Tender and/or Building Permit application drawings,

• Production of house plans for real-estate advertising.

 

Please note Project Management is not included. The aim is to provide you with the highest quality permit drawings to enable you to move confidently forward with your own project.
