FEES

With regard to Permit Drawings fees will be charged as a lump sum per stage according to the estimated construction cost of the project, as follows:

Up to $100k:

Mobilisation - $500

Concept Design - $1000

Town Planning application drawings (if reqd) - $500

Design Development - $1000

Construction Documentation - $3000

$100k - $200k:

Mobilisation - $500

Concept Design - $1250

Town Planning application drawings (if reqd) - $500

Design Development - $1250

Construction Documentation - $3500

$200k - $500k:

Mobilisation - $500

Concept Design - $1500

Town Planning application drawings (if reqd) - $500

Design Development - $1500

Construction Documentation - $4000

$500k - $1M:

Mobilisation - $500

Concept Design - $1750

Town Planning application drawings (if reqd) - $500

Design Development - $1750

Construction Documentation - $4500

Over $1M:

Mobilisation - $500

Concept Design - $2000

Out of scope services will be identified and brought to the client’s attention before any additional work is carried out. Once agreed upon the out of scope services will be charged at $120/hr.

Note that A R B Drafting does not offer Project Management services. Any work carried out after the Construction Documentation stage will be charged at $120/hr. Examples of hourly rates work would be Tender price assessment and providing drawing sets for Contract signing, Building Permit application, Construction and Post-Construction (as-built).

With regard to Real Estate Plans, fees will be charged as a lump sum as follows:

Site and building plan - $300

Building measure-up (if required) - $200

GST is not applicable to fees.
